Ceiling fans

A fan needs a fan-rated box, not the pancake box left behind by a light fixture. We install new fans, replace old ones, add switching or remotes, and handle vaulted and two-story ceilings.

Bathroom exhaust fans

A bath fan that dumps into the attic causes mold and rot. We install correctly sized, quiet fans, run rigid or insulated duct all the way to a roof or sidewall cap, and wire timers or humidity sensors so it runs long enough to actually clear the room.
